Two 2010 Camaros to be Auctioned

The 2010 Chevrolet Camaro makes its official debut at a community-wide block party and auction on the historic Circle in downtown Sebring on Wednesday, May 6. The event will kick off at 5 p.m. with complimentary food and beverages provided for the public, free giveaways a live radio remote broadcast

Two 2010 Camaro sports cars will arrive there 6 p.m., with a full introduction and vehicle demonstration given at 6:30. At 7, both Camaros will be auctioned to the general public, with some of the proceeds going to benefit Highlands County charities. The winning bidder will be able to select which charity – from a list provided — will receive the auction proceeds.

The newest Camaro offers two high-performance engines to choose from: a 3.6 liter V-6 engine boasting 304 horsepower, and – for the most demanding drivers – a high-performance 6.2 liter V-8 with 426 horsepower.
