Tokyo Motor Show May Be Cancelled

After the big three, General Motors, Chrysler and Ford, begged off from the Tokyo Motor Show, it seems that the organizers are now having second thoughts of whether they should push through with the event or not. Although the big three have officially pulled out, stating that the event is not among their priorities, there is always the foreign car manufacturers who can steal the limelight at least for this year.

However, the Japanese Automotive Manufacturers Association (JAMA) have to lay down the cards and see if the event is still worth pushing through. If not, they may eventually cancel the show just like what other such as the Commercial Vehicle Show did in light of the economic woes.
