		<description>The  best advice for any new car buyer is buy used.  Get a mechanic to look the car over but never buy new.  I&#039;d recommend looking at either craigslist.com or repofinder.com for something local and priced right.  After you find a good car you can research prices and reviews at kbb.com.  Don&#039;t buy retail.  It isn&#039;t worth it.</description>
