Yes, you read that headline right.  Seems that Honda’s got a niche market in mind with its next Honda Element: dog owners.

Now, your furbaby can ride along in style and comfort should you but a new Honda Element.  Check THIS out: the Honda Element’s Dog Friendly package costs right around a thousand bucks, but comes with an extendable ramp for the dog’s rapid and graceful exit from the vehicle, the dog’s own fan, a spillproof water dish and nylon webbing to act approximately like a seatbelt for the rest of us, restraining the dog in place in case of an accident.

It even comes with a cushioned pet bed to make those long drives just fly by.

I happen to think this is a pretty awesome idea, myself, and dog owners who happen to be looking for a new car should likely agree with me.

If you own a Corvette ZR-1, you might.  That beauty in the pic to the right has some REALLY pricey options, as you might well imagine.  After all, it’s a Corvette. But man, when you see some of these prices your mind will be quite literally blown.

This is why I’m going to show them to you right now.

A$12,870 roadside assistance package. Here’s what this package actually includes: “a convenient tire pressure gauge, fuse kit, multi-bit screwdriver, flashlight, pliers, rain poncho and more.”  For thirteen grand.  Unless that “and more”  is “we air-drop a new car on your current GPS location”, this couldn’t be much more ridiculous.

A $4,187 first-aid kit. That thing had better come with its own on-call surgical team.  You don’t pay four grand for one night’s stay in a HOSPITAL.

A$2,929 orange reflective safety triangle. The orange, of course, must be made of pure fire opal.  That’s the only possible explanation for a plastic triangle costing three grand.

Needless to say, there are plenty more ways to have your mind blown by the unnecessary opulence of this hundred thousand dollar car.
