For the many people who are into restoring Mustangs in the UK and Europe, parts availability has just been made easier. Essex Racing has announced that they have launched a website and mail order hotline to aid car restorers to find parts in restoring the classic Ford Mustang.
They stock everything there from panels, chrome parts, interior trim, lights, bumpersand even original badges and decals. All the regular service parts are available to ensure a classic Ford Mustang car is serviced exactly as Ford intended, although if originally isn’t essential there are also parts from recognised American tuners such as Edelbrock, Shelby and Fidanza there too.
Everything is priced in Pounds (GBP) and can be sent by mail order. Unlike American websites there won’t be a need to use Dollar conversions and work out import tax and international shipping and if a customer needs help, they won’t have to make transatlantic phone calls at odd hours.
The number of people who have taken up car restoration is growing and with a classic vehicle such as the Ford Mustang (1965-1973) posing as a hard to restore vehicle, the opening of this website should address that hindrance and allow them to fully restore this classic vehicle to how it really was when it first hit the streets!
