A VWVortex member by the name of iPinch has recently been kind enough to give us a look at Volkswagen’s updated 2010 MK6 Jetta’s interior.

As you can see, there are some very comfortable looking plush seats, an updated seering wheel and a multifunction display. On the driver’s dashboard you can also notice an updated look with seemingly more functionality.

Whatever the case, the updated interior looks very roomy and comfortable effectively working towards making the 2010 Jetta a sure win.

If a recent post on the Caliber Forums is correct, what you see above is the first image of the interior for the 2010 Dodge Caliber.

The biggest gripe buyers had of previous-gen Calibers was that the interior’s black plastic covering made the car seem cheap and almost tacky. Luckily, the interior seems to have been completely redone for a much more astetically pleasing look.

The car is said to feature a soft-touch center arm wrest, redesigned door panels, and several other upgrades as you can see from the picture.

DS Insider Interior

The Citroen DS insider was first displayed back in March at the Geneva Motor Show. The DS nickname, which stands for “Different Spirit”, provides the basis for a new line of cars to be named DS3, DS4 and DS5, hinting at bigger and better models to come. Recently, Citroen has revealed pics of the interior of the DS Inside concept car, showing a stylish and upmarket new design that looks nearly production ready.

Targeted right at cars like the Mini Cooper, the DS Inside features sporty bucket seats, full leather upholstery, and an complex center console with piano-black trim. The premium theme is further accented by the thick carpeting and vinyl roof lining.

Infiniti has evidentally deemed the current standard offerings for their EX35 SUV weren’t enough and announced that they will be upping the ante a bit.

Emphasis on ‘a bit’ as Infiniti will only make standard leather seats, roof rails, and a rearview monitor. Sure this is nice and all but due to the additional hardware the price will be upped from $31,900 to $33,880.

Of course, the 297hp V6 engine coupled with all of these added features will make for a car that won’t dissapoint.

Suzuki Grand Vitara

The first thing you notice when you climb into the Grand Vitara is the simplicity of the interior. All the controls are within easy reach and easy to use, and there aren’t too many of them — enough buttons and dials to get the job done and no more. The black dash, carpet, doors and seats are set off by tasteful silver accents. Unfortunately, they’re also offset by cheap-looking faux-marble trim around the gear selector and on the interior door handles. Marble works in kitchens, not cars, and cheap, plastic, fake marble really doesn’t work. Still the trim is dark enough to overlook most of the time.

In all, the Grand Vitara’s interior proved adequate. The fit and finish are good and there were no squeaks or rattles to report, even with the stereo cranked up. Suzuki apparently also listened to our gripes about the 2008 model’s seats and came back with a set of nicely bolstered leather-wrapped captain’s chairs that are comfortable if a bit firm. The seat heater only had one setting, though, which started out almost too hot, then ended up hardly noticeable.
