
It looks like Mitsubishi is going to test their electric cars in Iceland as the company has struck a deal with Iceland’s Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism this week about all that.
Iceland is already getting lots of energy out of hydroelectric and geothermal plants so getting a whole bunch of electric cars to run around their streets would mean actually cutting down even more on fuel imports.
So the MiEV or Mitsubishi Innovative Electric Vehicle is going to be sold in Japan next year. And after that in Iceland and New Zeeland too. Or so I hear.
