If you remember that impressive concept car, the GTbyCITROEN, and if you’re walking around in London these days then you might be lucky enough to spot the car on the roads.

The car has been spotted around some of the Capital’s most important landmarks as it was recreating part of the circuit featured in Gran Turismo. The car is about five meters long and just about a meter high and it comes with features like wide air intakes, rear air-diffuser, horizontal LED headlamps, gull wing doors and 21-inch aluminum wheels. Inside there’s steel and black finishes and hi-tech racing controls. Like what you read so far? Well the GTbyCITROEN will be available at UK’s Goodwood Festival of Speed from July 3 to July 5 so go right ahead and check it out!

GTbyCITROEN

The GTbyCITROEN supercar concept is seemingly ready for production, and will appear live at the 24-hours of Nurburgring on May 23, where it will also get to take a lap. This concept was first revealed at the Paris Motor Show in 2008, and its reception apparently convinced company heads that producing it would be a good idea.

After Nurburgring the supercar it will move to LeMans and join other supercars for “Grande Parade des Pilotes.” The final stop on its travels will be at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July. The GTbyCITROEN concept has gullwing doors, 21-inch wheels, and will most likely be powered from a Ford or GM motor.

The video above shows us a real test drive of the GTbyCITROEN concept presented last year in digital form in Paris. No matter if you understand French or not you will certainly appreciate this GT car. Citroen actually plans to build it. At least 20 units of it. Expect it to be fast and expect it to make an impression. Also expect it to cost you quite a lot, if you can get your hands on one.
