Kia Motors continues to introduce larger vehicles as it has revealed that an all-new Kia Sorento model will start production at their U.S. plant. The latest model is the 2011 Kia Sorento CUV which is scheduled to begin rolling off the assembly line at the West Point, Georgia plant.

The 2011 Kia Sorento CUV boasts of an improved fuel economy and more passenger room and seating capacity that previous Kia Sorento models. It will be longer and lower and carries a sleek styling and futuristic touch. The 2011 Kia Sorento CUV will also highlight two- and four-wheel drive options and a variety of upscale appointments to appeal to a wide range of consumers.

It seems that the stationwagon CUV we heard about back in May has recently been made official by Honda. While we were already aware of the Crosstour moniker, Honda told us that the model will officially called the Accord Crosstour:

An all-new crossover vehicle based on the award-winning Honda Accord will go on-sale in the fall of 2009 as the “Accord Crosstour,” American Honda Motor Co., Inc., announced today. This new addition to the Honda lineup will be sold as a 2010 model. Additional information will be announced later in the year.

So, we now know that the Accord Crosstour will go on sale this fall, but we still don’t know what’s under the hood, what the interior looks like, or how much it will cost. We’ll keep you posted.

The Lincoln MKT is expected to arrive in January at the Detroit Auto Show. Ford’s CUV will get you a choice between a 3.7 liter or a 3.5 liter Ecoboost V6 engine. You’ll also have a choice of six or seven passenger seat arrangement.

Blind Spot Monitoring and Cross Traffic Alert are two systems meant to help you with your blind spot while driving. Two sonar modules will tell you every time a car is in your blind spot by turning on a light on the mirror outside.

The Lincoln MKT sales are going to start sometime in 2009 so you’ll just have to wait to get it.

How many of you have ever wished for a Ssangyong vehicle? Well me neither but I wouldn’t mind taking a closer look. The C200 is a model ready to be played with at the Paris Motor Show. Thinks of it like a local Mercedes model, and by local I mean Korea local.

The C200 or the Musso or the double dragon rhino, is a four-wheel-drive CUV which packs a 2.0 liter engine with a 2.0 liter engine and a 6-speed transmission. For more info, you’d better head out to Paris and talk to Ssangyong’s representatives.
