Bentley’s Continental Supersports is an absolute beast with it’s 6.0-liter W12 twin tubocharged engine that is capable of a maxium output of 630HP and a 0-60 mph sprint in just 3.7 seconds.

All of this makes the Continental Supersports the fastest production vehicle that Bentley has ever created. Anyways, the above video was taken at the Goodwood Festival of speed and showcases said car zooming around a track to showcase its immense power.

I think it’s needless to say but, I want one.

Now, it’s not very often that you get your hands on an expensive car with the soul purpose of covering it in artwork. However, artist Romero Britto got just that chance with a Bentley Continental GT nonetheless.

Nothing has been done under the hood but as you can see it’s been covered with white squiggles and all sorts of other artwork sure to make any collector drool.

This peice of art will be auctioned off after Britto’s Come to my World exhibition taking place in Berlin from July 10th to September 6th.

Bentley has a new two-seater ready to be presented at the Geneva Motor Show. It’s the Continental Supersports which is said to be greener than meets the eye. This Bentley will offer 621 brake horsepower, 590 lb-ft of torque and a 0 to 60 time of only 3.7 seconds. Will this thing fly? The engine has smart sensor to monitor gasoline/methanol use, and the power and torque will remain constant, no matter what the ratio is. The car is 110 pounds lighter than its 4-seater counterpart. The Continental Supersports also puts carbon fiber to good use and it uses the Quickshift technology which will halve gear change times.

Bentley Continental GTC Convertible

The 2010 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible is Bentley’s most powerful convertible ever. Inspired by Bentley’s legendary ‘Speed Models’ from the 1920s, the 2010 GTC speed features a turbocharged 6.0L W12 engine, a new crankcase design, a lighter camshaft chain and a faster cam sensor, as well as increased boost pressure from the turbos. The 2010 Bentley Continental GTC does 0-60 in a tidy 4.5 seconds and hits a top speed of 195 MPH with no complaint. 

Perks include Napa leather trim, a Naim audio system, 20 inch wheels, a newly designed front grille, and an Adaptive Cruise Control system with long-range radar sensor that monitors traffic ahead and manages throttle and brakes to maintain a driver-selected time gap.  A six-speed automatic transmission comes with both Drive and Sport modes, and the 6 liter 600 horsepower engine delivers an impressive 553ft-lb or torque.

Bentley today rolled out a new version of its Continental GTC convertible optimized for young buyers.
The new GTC Speed is believed to be the most powerful Bentley Convertible ever made. Furnished with a twin-turbocharged W12 engine it delivers 600bhp and reaches about 200mph with the roof up. These figures display are 9 percent more power and 15 percent more torque than the standard version.

Bentley Chairman Franz-Josef Paefgen said in a release the GTC Speed “broadens the appeal of the GTC to customers who demand a more focused, open-top driving experience.”

The Bentley Continental GTC Speed will be showcased at the Detroit Auto Show next week. However, it is expected to be available by this summer.
