2010 Honda Accord Crosstour

Honda has been known to innovate and come up with catchy car designs that captivate their customers and it looks like that same tradition will be carried on with the new 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour Crossover Utility Vehicle (CUV). The all-new 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour features a new and aerodynamic shape that provides a sporty looking vehicle with versatile functionality motorists are going to love.

The new vehicle concept originated from the Accord sedan. By increasing the height and perking up the styling such as a new front grille to go along with a durable lower-body appearance, wedge-shaped C-pillars and an aggressive rear stance, the 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour certainly deserves to be positioned among the top tier vehicles that Honda has to offer. Nissan Cube Partners with NBC Heroes at Comic-Con Convention

Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009

The Nissan Cube plays a key appearance and part at the 40th Annual Comic-Con Convention together with NBC’s Heroes, hosting a series of events as well like sweepstakes and providing giveaways to onlookers at the NBC Heroes booth.

The partnership allows most comic book and automotive fans to catch a glimpse of the Nissan Cube. This includes the asymmetrical design as well as standard features that include the Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System and the interior accent-lighting system that comes in 20 different shades.

Clips from Heroes featuring the Nissan cube will be broadcast on a massive plasma screen – demonstrating that boxes don’t always have to be square. Now that is something that Nissan may easily attach to the Nissan Cube or can be perhaps a marketing cliché in the coming months.

Ford Capri to Make a Comeback?

Wednesday, May 27th, 2009

It has been quite some time since we last saw a Ford Capri. In fact, it has almost been 30 years or so. But if rumors persist, we may yet see the return of the Capri in a smaller version like a 3-door hatchback. The new Ford Capri aims to compete against the likes of the Volkswagen Scirocco, offering a coupe-like hatchback with a heavy appearance on the rear.

Design will be influenced by the Ford iosis Max Concept that was shown at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show earlier this year. The iosis Max Concept will also set the stage for the rest of the next-generation Focus lineup along with the next C-Max.

Power will come from the 1.6L 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine that made its first debut in the Lincoln Concept C – it was also featured on the iosis Max Concept. The engine produces up to 180-hp while providing fuel-economy that is 20 percent better than the conventional gasoline engines.

Would the Ford Capri become a hit once again? Only time will tell. But at the rate that some cars are slowly coming back, it may just have its share of customers though more buildup may be in order to really make an impact for its return to the automotive scene.
