Earlier today we brought you word of Toyota issuing a recall for over 500,000 Chinese manufactured sedans including their Corolla. Now, Toyota has issued another recall, this time for 1,309 2010 Corollas.
This recall is reportedly due to the vehicle’s failure to comply with the Occupant Crash Protection Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 208. Basically, the airbag warning on the driver-side sun visor has the potential to fall off thus making the vehicle not comply with the above standard.
Toyota says to head to your local dealership if you have a 2010 Corolla where they will replace the label for free.
