Toyota USA has announced the official pricing for certain models expected to come out in 2010. The list of models under the Toyota brand included (together with pricing):

• 2010 Avalon Full-Size Sedan (XL-$27,945; Limited-$35,285)
• Yaris Subcompact (3 Door Model-$12,355; Four Door Sedan-$13, 915)
• FJ Cruiser Off-Road Sport Utility Vehicle (2WD-$23,680; 4WD-$25,270)
• Highlander Mid-Size SUV (2WD-$25,705; 4WD-$41,020)
• RAV4 Compact SUV (2WD-$21,500; 4WD-$27,810)
• Tacoma Pickup Truck (Regular Cab-$15,170; V6 4×4-$27,075)

The new 2010 Toyota models are expected to arrive in dealerships by August except for the Highlander which is scheduled to be out by September.

For the people who love to check out the latest 4×4 or SUVs, brace yourself for the 2009 Jeep Patriot. Chrysler has sent word about the 2009 Jeep Patriot. The car is expected to have an all-new, high quality interior along with the host of enhancements made by Chrysler such as redesigned centre console, an all-new instrument panel and even a remodelled door trim. The 2009 Jeep Patriot has a 2.0 CRD that offers 42.2mpg.

According to Chrysler, all the 2009 Jeep Patriot models will feature premium floor mats along with a carpeted boot floor. Also, there will be new sound systems but the Sports models will get a single-disc CD radio with AUX and MP3 capability. However, the Limited editions will feature a six-disc CD radio with AUX and MP3 capability.

The 2009 Jeep Patriot is the first Jeep priced under GBP 15,000 as the price range starts from GBP 14,995.
