Earlier this month, Honda issues a recall for 2001 models of Civics and Accords for airbag safety. Today, the Japanese car maker is recalling another 440,000 vehicles, this time including 2001 and 2002 Accords, 2001 Civics and some 2002 and 2003 model Acura TL sedans.
Honda Spokesman Sage Marie said that one fatality and a number of injuries have been linked to the defect, so there’s no doubting it’s a serious matter. If you’re not sure whether your vehicle qualifies for the recall, be sure to visit Honda’s website for more information.
