“Lead by example” is perhaps what best describes this initiative that Queen Elizabeth has followed. After seeing how her son, Prince Charles, made a series of fuel conversions to his own line of vehicles that included an Aston Martin, Jaguar and Range Rover, the Queen likewise made a big shift by turning to bio-fuels to power her very own Bentley limousines.
Bentley has commented that the royal family is a staunch backer of Crewe’s initiative to change to bio-fuels, as Bentley targets that by the year 2012 all its versions will have the capacity for accommodating flex-fuel.
Now that is how you lead a nation towards going green!
