It looks like everyone is getting ready for the Paris Motor Show. We hear more and more about various concept cars which are going to be available to your curious eyes in less than a month. Such a concept car is the Renault Ondelios Concept car.
The exterior shape get a drag coefficient of 0.29. The car is made of two materials. There’s carbon fiber and glazed greenhouse which melt together in a metal-like whole piece. The wind doors swing up and the side sills become steps. There are six seats inside so you will get all your friends or family inside it.
The Ondelios will be a diesel hybrid with a 2.0L dCi engine which comes with two electric motors placed at each end. These engines will work together with a 7-speed double-clutch transmission to accelerate to 62mph in 7.8 seconds.
The Ondelios sounds good, but for it won’t be available for quite a while. At least we can dream about it…
