I know what you’re thinking–there’s absolutely ZERO sense in turning perfectly good AC current into DC current!  Ah, but not so fast, folks–some of those great car gadgets that we talk about out here, like the Scrolling LED Message Board, for example, work mainly on DC current.  So you can forget about putting one of these up in your office or living room or bedroom.
