In case you didn’t know Porsche happens to own about 35.14% of Volkswagen, which is quite a lot. Does that mean VW refers to Porsche as its boss? Most likely! And Porsche will probably buy more shares at list until it will own 50%.
And since laws are laws it looks like Porsche will be forced to make a bid for Audi which is part of the VW group. But Wendelin Wiedeking has no intention of taking Audi of the group. So if I get this straight, Porsche is going to buy a tiny bit of Audi because the government has decided so? Well not to bad a deal then.
Porsche will have to offer about 487 Euro per Audi share. Whenever that happens, we will let you know!
