Porsche to Control VW by November 26

This isn’t quite the breaking news you were waiting for. We already know that Porsche is going to control VW. We were expecting it to happen sooner or later, especially since Porsche announced they are going to purchase more VW shares a while ago.

Porsche has an annual meeting coming up on November 26. By then Porsche hopes to increase its shares from 35% to more than 50%. If everything goes well…
