The next generation of Nissan Titan will definitely come with a Hemi. Chrysler LLC chairman, Jim Press has confirmed that their 5.7 liter Hemi V-8 gas engine will be the motor inside the Titan. The 380 horsepower Hemi is the most powerful engine for the 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. The 2009 model has a few improvements like variable valve timing and increased cylinder deactivation technology which will boost horsepower and torque by 10% and 8% while fuel economy is increased by 4%.
The Titan will probably be build at Chrysler’s Plant at Saltillo in Mexico following an earlier announcement of both Nissan and Chrysler. So, ready for your new Hemi powered Nissan Titan?
