If you’re interested in buying an E-Class from Mercedes-Benz then you should know that the models in this class will be the first ones to incorporate Attention Assist. This tiny little helper is supposed to keep you awake. Mercedes has come up with about 70 parameters that can be monitored in order to judge fatigue. Attention Assist will keep you safe with the help of a steering sensor that can tell if you’re drowsy or distracted. At a certain sluggishness level it will display a coffee mug and play a beeping sound. That’s when you’ll have to reconsider your driving strategy.
