Mazda to add brake-override systems to future models
It seems that the Toyota brake issues aren’t just scaring drivers, they’re also scaring other car manufacturers out there. According to new rumors, Mazda will be adding brake-override systems to all future cars. With a system like that, when both the brake and accelerator pedal are pressed at the same time, the brake pedal gets priority. Only Nissan has this system on most of its cars, and other car manufacturers are looking to implement it as well.
