Kia VG Concept “KND-5″

Kia has unveiled the VG concept, codenamed KND-5. It isn’t just a concept but a preview for the real production model that debuts this fall in South Korea. The VG Concept is designed under the direction of Peter Schreyer, whose previous employer had been Audi for over 25 years. The concept sports a coupe-like body design has

a vista sunroof and the headlamps and taillights are furnished with with LED technology.

In size, it’s similar to the current Kia Amanti. Length is 4945 mm(194 inches), width is 1850 mm (72 inches) and height is 1475 mm (58 inches). Its power comes from a 3.5-liter V6 Lambda engine that produces 277 horsepower. Europe and the U.S. should see the production version of the VG concept starting in 2010.
