Hyundai Recalls Sonata

About 90,000 Hyundai Sonata cars were recalled due to a faulty door handle which have reportedly caused cuts on the fingers of motorists. Among the models covered by the recall include models released in 2002 and 2003.

Apparently, the issue comes from the worn out chrome plating which may eventually lead to sharp cracks that cause the said finger cuts. There have been some people who have reported the defect which have caused injuries.

To remedy the situation, affected Sonata cars should be taken to a Hyundai car dealership for repair without charges starting this June.
