The last we heard of the Honda CR-Z was back in July when it was announced to be hitting Japanese and North American dealerships sometime in 2010. Today the vehicle has been put on show at the Tokyo Motor Show and we now know that it will actually be released in Japan sometime next February and North America that next Fall.
Additionally, we have learned that the vehicle will feature a 1.5liter engine coupled with hybrid technology and best of all a 6-speed manual transmission.
Unfortunately Honda hasn’t released any word on fuel efficiency or engine output so sit tight until it’s made known.
