What I’m about to show you may well revolutionize a whole lot of things. Camping, for example.  Not to mention parking place usage and urban homelessness.

It’s a tent…in the approximate size and shape of a car.

It even looks like a car from the outside.  But inside, it’s completely hollow, instead looking remarkably like a two-dimensional car model.

Theoretically, you could “park” this tent in, say, a Wal-Mart parking lot or metered parking, and stay there.  Indefinitely.  Of course, chances are good you’d be run off at some point, but if you were to take some out of the way parking spot, chances are you would go unnoticed and unmolested for several hours before being found out.

Of course, security would likely be a problem, as you’d be right out in the open with nothing between you and hordes of marauders but a sheet of canvas, but this DIY  concept is still a downright nifty one.
