Gasrec Introduces First London Biogas Station
Gasrec is standing up and taking a step in the right direction introducing London’s first gas station that will serve bio-methane, a green fuel solution that London has begun using in street cleaners.
The bio-methane gas used at above mentioned gas stations is harnesed from landfills and the controlled digestion of waste foods, then converted into a liquid form. Other companies hope to jump aboard if this first experiment proves successfully.
Is this the start of a revolution? Will we begin seeing more and more biogas stations pop up around the world until fossil fuels are completely phased out? Let’s hope so.
