Engine Hoist Turkey Deep Fryer Makes Next Thanksgiving Better

If you happen to be one of those people that favors a deep-fried approach to your turkey, then you’ll be intrigued by this little concept.

It’s a former engine hoist, decommissioned and given a whole new life as a turkey deep-fryer.  Basically, you put your turkey where the engine might well have gone in another life and lower the turkey into a vat of hot oil.

Sure, it’s a little too late for this Thanksgiving’s turkey, but it might be just in time for NEXT Thanksgiving, and in its way, that’s good enough.  Of course, a deep-fried turkey most definitely is NOT for everyone, so chances are this article will be of absolutely no interest to you if you don’t like your turkey deep-fried.  Still though, having a way to pretty much guarantee that you can deep fry your turkey without getting grease burns in the process is a pretty awesome idea.
