Last night at the Palladium, GM made a grand announcement.  They unveiled the 2011 Buick Regal, and Bob Lutz has some great things to say. Like &#8220;Buick was cool.  Bust somehow, somehow we let that slip&#8221;.  Apparently, the Regal will change things, maybe.
