Previously named the Provoq, Cadillac has recently released renders of it’s brand new SUV-wagon hybrid due out sometime towards the end of 2009, the 2010 Cadillac SRX.
Built in Mexico, the SRX is said to feature a 2.8L V6, clocking in at around 284hp. Europe, however, will get a slightly modified model, swapping the 2.8L for a 2.9L diesel V6 engine.
Expect Cadillac’s new midsize SUV is to go up against other cars in it’s class like the Honda Pilot, which features a similar engine to the SRX.
