Breathalizer aims to Curb Drunk Drivers

The holiday season is all about feasting and getting drunk but that does not mean that drivers should start forgetting about how it is to practice safety on the road. The new “ignition interlock license” was created this year to stop offenders who might otherwise drive illegally to work or school after their license is suspended for drunken driving. The goal is to enhance public safety and provide both accountability and an option for people who need to drive for work, school or child care, but still pose a potential risk.

The Breathalizer may seem new to most of us but you can be assured it was developed to aid the police and look out to curb the rising number of car accidents caused by drunk driving.
