Audi Q7
When you push the throttle of the Audi Q7 V12 TDI Diesel you’ll notice a growl as the Q7 moves forward and although you may be surprised at that elevated sound, Audi intends for it to be that way. In fact, it’s designed into the exhaust system. The 6.0-liter V-12 engine works smoothly and quietly otherwise. In spite of the Q7’s weight—5700-plus pounds—it feels rather agile and light.
Any body roll is well controlled for an SUV although the steering could use a tad more feel. The interior is fairly sporty and is a blend of leather, suede, aluminum and carbon fiber. Overall the Q7 V12 TDI is beautifully finished in Audi tradition and it shows that the image of diesel is changing.
