Volkswagen Urges You to "See Film Differently"

LONDON -- Created by DDB London, Volkswagen's "See Film Differently" campaign, continues the idea of shedding light on cinema classics. The straight-to-camera interviews expound conspiracy theories that expose the apparent hidden meanings in well-known films.

Volkswagen's support of independent cinema has been pushed further this year, with the idents being set, not in a cinema environment as before, but on a film set.

And it is not the actors and directors who are interviewed, but the people behind the scenes - the wardrobe lady, the stunt man, the canteen chef.

Directed by Andy McLeod, the idents, comprising of two 60-second and three 20-second slots, will run in independent cinemas from 23rd May.
