The top ten best selling cars in the United States for January 2008 are led once again by Japanese automakers, taking up the top five positions. General Motors has four vehicles on the list, rounded out by the Ford Focus, in the #10 slot.

5. Toyota Corolla: 20,736
6. Chevrolet Impala: 17,544

9. Pontiac G6: 13,942
