100 Years of the Taxi in NYC

w-f-taxi-lfront.jpg

2007 marks the 100th Anniversary of the Taxi!

What better place to celebrate this anniversary than at the New York International Auto Show with one of the most innovative and interactive displays ever!

The Design Trust Project will showcase new concepts and vehicle ideas that might improve both the Taxi and the Taxi System. Come see the future of the NYC Taxi at the 2007 NY Auto Show.

On display will be the World’s Fastest Taxi - you might remember seeing Queen Latifah & Jimmy Fallon driving it around in “Taxi”… but the new and improved model will be unveiled during the show. It has 1,000 horsepower and is powered by hydrogen! You definitely will be able to make that appointment on time in this taxi!
