CLOCKING HURTS DEALERS IN COURTS OF LAW, PUBLIC OPINON: Used-car dealers should look closely for signs of odometer rollback before putting a car up for sale. Randy Green, owner of Green's Auto Sales in Huntsville, Ala., learned this lesson the hard way when the local NBC affiliate showed up on his lot.
