Telegraph Chrysler Jeep was formerly known as Taylor Chrysler Jeep until it was purchased in December 2004 by Dan Frost, Gary Wood and Paul Steel. Frost and Wood are co-owners of world sales leader Southfield Chrysler Jeep. Steel is the general manager of both stores.
The Telegraph store has vaulted from 800 new vehicle sales when they bought it at the end of 2004 to 2,200 units in 2005 and is on track for 2,800 units this year, making it now one of the top 11 Chrysler Jeep stores in the nation. The Southfield store is the world leader in Chrysler Jeep sales.
Premiere Night features a Hollywood-style party atmosphere including entertainment, food, beverages, gifts, and test drives. Those in attendance will know they're at a special premiere as Hollywood-style searchlights illuminate the sky for miles.
"We've put our hearts and souls into this new store along with the $2 million makeover," co-owner Dan Frost said. "It is really great to see our customers rewarding our investment and commitment to customer service by their dramatic increase in purchases."
The recently remodeled store provides the perfect showcase to also premiere the new and much-anticipated Chrysler and Jeep products. The $2 million makeover includes new brand-specific showrooms, two customer service areas and other customer-focused physical improvements throughout the store.
A private ceremony marks the official dedication of the new facility Wednesday night, Nov. 15, 2006 featuring Taylor mayor Cameron G. Preibe, DaimlerChrysler officials and storeowners and managers.
