Git-r-Done! Buy Larry the Cable Guy's Chevy Half-Ton
Larry, the Git-r-Done Cable Guy, has a new movie out and they're auctioning off the 1977 Chevy Half-Ton he drives in Health Inspector to benefit diabetes research.
It's a brilliant piece of marketing in our mind, because the thing is such a pile it'll probably get more action than the fancy rides that get auctioned for charity. And the auction was timed to coincide with the movie.
But before you get excited, take another look at the pictures.
And then consider the info at eBay that says the Chevy Stepside is not street legal, and is the proud bearer of a salvage title.
Also, the color is listed as "blue," though blue and grey [primer] would be more accurate.
