Honda Ridgeline Wins Truck of the Year -- Car Buyer's Notebook Podcast #136

In a stunning sweep, Honda won both "COTY" awards -- that's Car of the Year -- for the Honda Civic and the Ridgeline pickup. That adds to their booty, because both vehicles also won top honors from Motor Trend. The previous award was in itself a stunner, because no company had ever done that -- and with these two awards, they've set a benchmark that won't be beat for years to come, if ever.
We interviewed Gary Flint, the chief engineer on the Honda Ridgeline, on how they went about building the award winning truck. Flint, pictured above, is a pretty happy camper.
