2010 Audi R8 Spyder makes its Frankfurt Motor Show debut

Last week Audi pulled back the curtains to give us the official specs for their 2010 R8 Spyder but it still wasn’t set to make its official debut until this week’s Frankfurt Motor Show. Well today, it has done just that with the above promotion image making its way onto the Internet.
We already knew that it featured a 525hp V10 engine with either a 6 speed manual or 6 speed dual clutch automated manual transmission, but Audi has been nice enough to give us a few more details. First of all, we now know that the car will hitting European dealerships sometime in Spring of 2010.
Additionally, we know that the car will feature Quattro AWD standard and will reach speeds of up to 194.5mph while maintaining a EPA rating of 15.8mpg. The R8 Spyder also features electromagnetic adaptive suspension, anti lock breaks, side-impact airbags and a full electronic stability system.
