2009 Roush Special Edition MKIII-R
This 2009 Special Edition MKIII-R is a “Licensed Reproduction” replica of the 1965 Cobra. The Roush/Superformance project MKIII-R started as a one-off vehicle project, but they soon saw the potential and decided to try a production run. They are offering a variety of power option, but the top is the naturally aspirated V8 that yields 576hp, and is coupled to a five speed Tremec transmission.
The car comes with a 2-year/ 24,000 miles warranty. It is available for purchase at last, as it was originally revealed at SEMA in 2007.
