The combination of agility and suppleness make the 2009 Nissan 370Z both enjoyable as an everyday commuter as well as a fun track day car. The calm and smooth ride is disturbed only by the occassional tire roar on rough surface textures. The 370Z makes for a fine grand tourer, particularly with the standard 18-inch wheels and tires. The surface of the bodywork is comparatively devoid of distractions so common amongst competitor vehicles.
The 370Z shares its high-tech steering wheel with the Maxima but nonetheless it makes a bold centerpiece in the dash. The large, clear gauges on the instrument panel, which resembles a motorcycle gauge cluster, moves with the adjustable steering column. The interior, which is all new, compares favorably with cars costing a lot more.
