2010 BMW Z4 to Appear at the Detroit Auto Show

The Detroit Auto Show will bring you the new 2010 BMW Z4 so stick around to see more shots of it or simply take a trip to Detroit next month.

The Z4 has been officially released in Munich and its pictures and specs are available all over the web. The car is remarkable. No matter what car you’re into, you should definitely get a Z4 roadster to drive when you have a chance. You know, retract that metal roof and press that gas…

But let’s see what’s inside this beauty! Europeans will be able to choose from three engines. The sDrive23i has a 2.5L inline-6 and a six-speed manual or automatic gearbox which will be getting you 204 hp. The Z4 sDrive30i has a normally-aspirated 3.0L I6 capable of 258 hp and 228 lbs.-ft. of torque. The sDrive35i has a twin-turbo 3.0L which will put out 306 hp. A 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox comes with this last selection.

Which one would you pick? How much will it cost? So many questions but so little time…

Mutant-X Concept Shows Us the Future?

There’s practically nothing the human mind can’t conceive. Living proof to that is the Mutant-X concept car in the pictures here. Imagined for the 2020 market the vehicle has independent engines for each of its wheels and they are powered by batteries.

Inside there’s room for 3 people which will enjoy an advanced cruise control, sharp rear view cameras and a center-mounted steering wheel. There are touch sensitive multifunction displays, posture and emotion senors meant to make it safer than safe.

Baja 1000 Buggy Concept Will Get You Places

Well how do you like the car in the picture here? It’s a concept car designed by Dong Tran called Baja 1000 Buggy. Definitely meant to go off-road but not only, this concept car will impress your friends and the ladies. Unfortunately there’s no space for anyone else but the driver in that cockpit.

As you can see from the pictures here the Buggy has new wheels and new tires. Solar cells and a hydrogen fuel cell power-source will help you power up that electric drivetrain. The exhaust will pop out only clean water. That’s surprising and unbelievable, but why not, it’s a concept.

The Baja 1000 Buggy won the 2009 Michelin Challenge Design competition both in the vehicle design and the wheel design category. When will one be available?
